Results Coaching System™ is the education arm of the Neuroleadership Institute. Results Coaching System offers the Brain-Based Coaching Certificate and the Brain Based Conversation Skills training  - your opportunity to learn cutting-edge research-based tools and skills to help you effectively coach high performance, success- and solution- focused individuals through your private practice as a coach or within the workplace.

Results Coaching System is accredited by the ICF to deliver unique brain-based, process-focused, and outcome-driven methodologies and frameworks that empower individuals, organizations, leaders and managers to facilitate positive change and maximize their effectiveness in any situation. The coaching models at the core of this program draw from the hard science of how the brain works and provide practical tools to help you improve other people’s thinking and performance.
