I am an executive and team coach. I am driven by passion to work with individuals and teams in their quest to function effectively and achieve results. My services include personal & team development; individual & organisational change; building change capability & competence; and strategic change facilitation
I leverage on over 20 years of corporate experience and in-depth business acumen working as a coach, consultant and facilitator with organisational leadership in private and public sector across many countries in the rest of Africa.
My corporate experience focused on leading large-scale organisational change and organisational development initiatives, in Mergers & Acquisitions, Culture Alignment, Diversity Management and Transformation, Organisational Architecture, Business Process Reengineering, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP- SAP, Oracle) and Bespoke Systems.
Education and coach training
I hold a Masters in Business Leadership (MBL), Masters Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a BA Honours degree in Psychology.
I have over 170 ICF Accredited Coach Training Hours with over 1000+ hours logged working with individuals and teams.
I am an Associate Coach in partnership with business schools and international organisations to facilitate and coach in leadership development programmes.
Coaching approach and process
With rigorous coach training and certification in ICF accredited programs, I work with a team of associates using approaches to suit client needs.
Our models are based on SCARF Model™ a brain-based model to enable resilience to change and to increase consciousness.
The Co-active Model and Organisational Relationship System approach captures the essence of what it takes to design and maintain successful, collaborative and empowering relationships. We hold our coachees/systems as naturally creative, resourceful and whole, completely capable of finding their solutions to their challenges. We develop intelligent teams where individuals and teams tap into the true potential of collective intelligence and creative force.
To profile individuals and teams, we use Everything DISC diagnostic tools; the profiles help participants understand their own and other team members DiSC styles. The assessments include 360 - 363 Feedback tool, Profiles for Workplace, DISC Management, and DISC Sales. Five Behaviors of Cohesive Teams by Patrick Lencioni is a team based assessment-based learning experience that helps to reveal what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team. Working with this assessment powered by Everything DiSC has huge payoffs for individuals, the team, and the organisation.
Our coaching process takes place from a minimum of 6 months and maximum of 12 months period. Sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours scheduled every 2nd week.
The team coaching process takes 6 – 12 months; starting with a 2 day intervention and half day follow up sessions after 6 weeks.
