Maria is the author of the award-winning memoir, Postmortem – The Doctor Who Walked Away. Her intimate experience of high-pressure, high-stakes working environments gives her a valuable perspective on the impact of workplace stress on performance and well-being.
She helps her clients to build their resourcefulness to better navigate the challenges they face in work and life. Her coaching qualification through the Centre for Coaching at the UCT Graduate School of Business, as well as her passion for personal development and self-mastery, provide her with the tools to empower clients to succeed in the face of difficulties.
As a leadership development facilitator Maria trains emerging leaders and senior public officials to lead with integrity and authenticity. She also leads training workshops to address burnout in the workplace and to provide actionable strategies to enhance performance and well-being.
