I am a Career and Executive coach. My coaching focuses on helping you connect with your strengths, talents and passions and supporting you build your personal / leadership brand. I then helps you create marketing materials to promote your brand such as creating a CV that reflects your brand whiles also matching it to your ideal jobs. I help review your LinkedIn Profile and ensure that it reflects your personal brand as well as optimise it to match to your ideal roles. I also help you prepare for interviews ensuring that you position your brand effectively in interviews.  

I have worked in various Senior HR roles for multinational companies such as The Coca-Cola Company as well as Kimberly-Clark across Europe Middle East and Africa. My strength   is Talent Management and leadership development. I use my corporate talent management experience to guide you on how to build a brand that will help you find a job you are looking for and successfully contribute in it. 

I have international work experience having worked in the United Kingdom as a Talent Director for Europe Middle East and Africa. I have has worked on developing leaders at an international stage, while at Kimberly- Clark I partnered with the Insead Business School to create a program to accelerate General Manager readiness to move to take up senior roles within different geographies across Europe Middle East and Africa. 

I am also an international speaker on topics related to Talent Management, Women’s careers  and Career Development. I have spoken in international platforms like the BOC  in London,  HR CoreAcademy  in Brussels and various South African corporates such as : Webber Wetzel, Citibank, Colgate-Palmolive, Wesbank, Distell, Kimberly-Clark. 

I am an author of “Passion to careers: nine steps to building a successful career from your passion”. In the book I shares my insights and experience on how approaching your career from your talents, passion and strengths results in a much more successful and fulfilling career 

I am   accredited as a channel partner for Insights Discovery and Ken Blanchard companies. I use Insights discovery for coaching and team effectiveness as well as Executive Integration program. I also use the Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership II (SL II) for coaching and training leaders as Situational Leaders.

I am registered as a career coach with the Career Development Institute in the United Kingdom. 

Approach to coaching 

I use a goal-focused coaching methodology which enable me to work with my clients towards achieving specific transformational goals. This approach allow my clients to focus on small changes that lead to transformational change. 

Where necessary I use assessments such as  Insights Personal Effectiveness, Insight leadership assessment, The Ken Blanchard Leader Behavior II, 360 feedback  to move the coaching forward. I prefer using tools that have proven track record of success and are backed by international research. 

I also engage relevant stakeholders where agreed with my client. I adopt a client focused approach which means as a client you set the agenda which enables you to focus what is concerning to you in the context of the coaching goals. 

There are three ways you can work with me: 

Package Description 
VIP coaching programone on one coaching with me where we focus on a specific goal. The number of sessions is determine by your needs and the coaching objectives.  Minimum number of sessions is 5. 
Career Mastermind I work with groups of between 10 to 20 individuals working on a common goal. I coach the group on a specific challenge and share best practice tools, individuals try out the tools and discuss progress and feedback in session. Members learn from each other and hold each other accountable
Career Accelerator – 1 / 2-day Intensive coaching program This is 1- or 2-day intensive program designed to accelerate results.  Focus can be on preparing your personal brand, translating your brand to your CV, LinkedIn profile and cover letter to help you apply for your ideal job that has suddenly become available. It can also be helping you prepare for interviews, preparing for a big presentation or dealing with a specific career challenge
