Career Coach and Enneagram Practitioner

I help individuals find fulfilment and success in their careers. I help organisations with employee development-related programmes to assist employees in being the best of themselves across all levels. I am also a facilitator and speaker.

I’ve earned my stripes in the corporate world. I worked for multinational and JSE listed organisations like Unilever, Nestle, MTN and Ericsson and also co-founded a marketing consultancy, Onyx Marketing Communications. I then joined MultiChoice, starting off as Head of Mass Segment in its strategy and business development department and was also Executive Head of Product and Innovation, a position I held for three years.

During my eight years at MultiChoice, my involvement with projects that contributed to women empowerment and leadership had a profound impact on me. It also helped me to clarify that I love change. The only thing I love more than change is change conversations.

As a qualified corporate level coach, I have gained a deep understanding of what is required to identify each individual’s unique talents and passion to ultimately benefit organisations while facilitating personal growth. Personal growth is, well…. personal, so I often work with specialists and other professionals in line with what clients need.

I hold B. Com (Economics & Business Finance), Postgrad Diploma in Business Administration and Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Natal; a Diploma in Marketing from Damelin, Certificate in Business Marketing Strategy from the Kellogg Business School – North-western University, Chicago, USA; Certificate in Leading Women and a Certificate in Business Coaching from Gordon Institute of Business (GIBS). I am an Associate Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation and an Enneagram Accredited Practitioner.

I am also a mom of three, a wife and an entrepreneur. All these different aspects of me grant me unique insights that I bring into my role as a facilitator and moderator, lecturer, and speaker. They feed into my skill as a corporate-level coach and have a significant influence on my ability to craft clear, achievable business strategies for my clients and for organisations which I serve as a non-executive director.
