Vanessa’s coaching is grounded in Integral and holistic coaching principles (mind, emotions, language and body). She is passionate about supporting people to live to their true potential for sustained levels of internal fulfilment, high performance, personal growth and transformation. She defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. Vanessa has a special interest and cares deeply about the growth and development of talented women in Africa.
She is able to very quickly build rapport and deep trust during the coaching relationships that she forms in order to improve the possibility of a successful outcome for the person being coached. Her deep sense of compassion for her clients is exhibited in her clarity and structure, but also in her flexibility and preparedness to be creative.
She believes her clients are complex beings immersed in profoundly changing situations. Coaching them is seen as an integral part of her own development journey.
On a personal note, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves reading a wide variety of books and in her leisure time she travels abroad to experience different cultures.
