About me:

After 40 years in banking leadership—rising to senior executive as a minority woman in spaces not built for us—I know what it takes to break through.

I’ve navigated systems designed exclusively, earned my degree while raising children, and made it to senior executive level anyway. Now I help other capable women do the same.
