I specialise in helping adults with ADHD. I have a master’s degree in psychology, and I have ADHD myself. I know how pervasive ADHD can be, affecting every aspect of life, no matter how big or small.
As your ADHD coach and therapist, I draw on my expertise in how the brain is wired and on my own personal journey with ADHD to help clients like you to understand how the ADHD brain works and how it affects you. Together, we’ll address the thoughts and feelings, shaped by your unique lived experiences with ADHD, that may be holding you back. We’ll focus on developing concrete and practical strategies to effectively manage ADHD in your daily life, empowering you to thrive.
