Are you looking to live a more balanced, meaningful and vibrant life? My offering is to walk alongside you as you create this for yourself.
My approach to life, as well as my work, is one of genuine curiosity and open-mindedness. Within coaching sessions and facilitated workshops, I show up authentically and with a deep respect for your journey and the changes which you will be bravely undertaking. Know that through working with me, you will be stepping into a coaching relationship that is founded on creating a sense of support and safety, whilst giving you just enough of a nudge and challenge to ensure that you grow towards your vision and goals.
The majority of my experience is in private practice, working with South African and international individuals in their 20s, as well as in the NGO sector, co-creating conversations with youth, in light of developing self-awareness and job-readiness skills.
What are some typical coaching themes clients bring to our sessions?
“Coaching has helped me to find purpose, realise what makes me happy and sad and how to detach myself from situations that are draining. I now have techniques to deal with anxiety and as a person, I see a lot of difference from when I started” – Anon, 20.
“Working with Abigail has been the best thing I’ve done. It’s allowed me to get back to feeling like the empowered, confident woman who I’ve been hiding away from being. Abigail’s coaching is one of the best investments I’ve given myself.” – Jules, 25.
“Abigail’s genuine, wise and empowering guidance has allowed me to realise the power I have always held. She inspires the questioning of narratives that we subconsciously live by, to truly release life in its fullest. Thank you, Abi.” – Jane, 28.
“After only 4 sessions with Abigail, I have felt a huge shift in my perspective of my life – moving from a place of self-doubt and fear of my own potential, to a place of gentle self-assurance, trust and an excitement for my future.” – Sarah, 24.
“My journey with Abigail has been amazing: eye-opening, scary and joyful. She has helped me challenge myself with things I would never have done. I felt scared at first, but she made me feel like I could achieve everything, and I felt good after making the progress. I achieved almost everything I wrote at the start of our sessions.” – Anon, 21.
