The Coaching Centre is established in South Africa as being a Leading Centre for Training Coaches of the Highest Standard.
The Coaching Centre is committed to developing individuals who wish to become coaches, by creating optimal learning environments in which thinking is freed up, in the service of igniting possibility in one’s self and those who are coached.
This serves to maximize individual performance and leads to transformative practice.
Our faculty and coaches provide organizations and individuals with world recognized best practice.
What is it That You Are Looking For?
We believe that coaching competencies can be applied in different ways. We have therefore designed our curriculum to meet a variety of needs.
Your Path of Learning:
- Introduction to Coaching (ITC) - which sets the foundation for your continued learning.
- Internal Coach Certificate (ICC) - The Certificate enables you to add to your skill set in working with others, in your current role as leader, manager, HR practitioner, teacher, facilitator, minister etc.
- Diploma in Practitioner Coaching (DIPC) - After completion of the ITC, the Diploma enables you to become an Executive and Life Practitioner Coach
- A Master of Science Degree in Coaching (MOTI) - After completion of the Diploma you may choose to continue your learning experience by completing a Masters in coaching.

The Coaching Centre offers organisations a number of interventions to develop coaching or mentoring skills as a core management competence. We partner with organisations to develop strategies for implementation of coaching or mentoring, develop coaching or mentoring competencies and design measurement processes.
We are able to align the coaching or mentoring with the performance management system to maximise the effectiveness of the intervention.
Developing Coaches in Organisations
Manager as Coach. This programme will develop a manager's coaching competencies so that the manager can, in turn, develop and empower his/her team to achieve long-term excellent performance.
Developing Mentors in Organisations
Manager as Mentor. In an organisation, mentoring plays a valuable role in integrating new employees as well as retaining and developing employees with potential. This workshop is for people with a passion for developing others. They are usually experienced in a particular organisation or field.
