Introduction in Brief
I am a published author, speaker, workshop facilitator, business owner, and professional certified Executive/Leadership, Business, Career, and Life Coach. I focus on customised interventions such as one-on-one / group coaching and self mastery interventions and workshops.
I am the founder and owner of The (W)Right Coaching CC. Through, integrity, professionalism, excellence, service efficiency and delivery, the opportunity we pursue is to transform (in the true sense of the word) individuals and businesses / organisations, primarily through behaviour change and organisational development. Behaviour change and change in general is achieved through Executive / Leadership, Business, and Life Coaching, our Coaching Conversations Training workshop, self mastery book, coaching, and workshops, my customised Future Leaders Now ® programme, “Straight Talk with Steve,” and my “Happiness Now” workshop offerings, talks, and other customised interventions.
I assist and enables my clients achieve their realistic goals, overcome their problems/obstacles, achieve their chosen future desired state, realise their innate power and full potential, a degree of self mastery, and lead balanced, purposeful, fulfilled, and effective lives. A natural consequence of the foregoing is that they effect huge positive change in their own lives, in their interpersonal relationships, in their careers, and in the businesses / organisations they find themselves within, all of which contributes directly to brining about high performance businesses / organisations.

Coach Certification
Steve’s coach certification was obtained through the University of Stellenbosch - Executive Development Ltd (in South Africa) and the I-Coach Academy which is based in the United Kingdom with branches in New York and South Africa.
Steve has practised as a Professional Coach since October 2005.

I afford my clients and or their business / organisations a definitive moment in time to achieve anything they set their mind to, to reach their chosen future desired state / goal/s, attain self mastery, a state of all-round wellness (mind, body, and soul), and reach previously unimagined heights. A ‘state’ of self mastery and all-round wellness leads to my clients having phenomenal lives, relationships, careers, and profoundly successful businesses / organisations.
I quickly enable my clients’ change their way of thinking and way of ‘seeing’ their ‘reality’ for the better. This results in substantial positive behaviour changes = phenomenal positive shifts for my clients.
I am also passionate about facilitating my own self mastery one-one-one and or group coaching / workshops on my book, The Game of Life & Success – The Steps to Self Mastery & Happiness (self mastery/transformation for individuals, groups, and companies/organisations), as well as my other workshop, namely The Happiness Now workshop. All the workshops move an individual / groups towards varying degrees of self mastery in different areas of their lives, relationships, careers, and businesses / organisations.

Steve focuses on bringing about customised coaching / transformation interventions for his clients. He may draw on the following coaching models, including (but not restricted to) his own coaching model, the Results model, GROW/TGROW model, Co-Active coaching model, ‘Consciousness’ models, and Colb’s coaching model.
The underlying approach in his coaching/transformation projects is one or a combination of the following, namely Humanistic, Ontological, Behaviouristic, and or Cognitive.
Amongst a multitude of coaching processes and methodologies, Steve uses the following modalities, where appropriate, with his clients - Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP), Quantum Physics, Metaphysics, Positive Psychology, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Steve has coached individuals informally for over ten years and has been coaching professionally for over five years years.
He has extensive experience in implementing and managing mentorship programmes. Steve also mentors individuals across all levels of business and organisations.
Steve worked in the corporate world from 1987 to 2005 and amassed a wealth of knowledge, experience, skills, and continued on a path of self development and personal growth.
