I am a life and business coach in Cape Town that works with clients to integrate their interests and talents with a balanced, meaningful lifestyle and financial success.
I have studied (BA LLB), travelled extensively, worked in the corporate world (Homechoice, Sky TV London) and lived as a successful entrepreneur and business owner since 1999.
I am motivated by personal fulfillment - for myself and others - and I am inspired by people that are open, curious and driven to live a purposeful life.
I qualified as an Integral Coach in 2006 (Coaching Centre, Cape Town) and
I am a founding member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa).
When coaching I see myself primarily as a 'thinking partner'. I'm curious about life and excited by new possibilities, so I encourage my clients to view their lives from different angles and fresh perspectives. This usually involves focusing on the positive - and exploring how to live a more authentic life.
