Results Coaching Systems offers the ultimate Coach Intensive Training program and is certified as an Accredited Coach Training Provider (ACTP) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Your basic training boasts 36 hours of ICF accredited training spread over three months, provides you with two internal examinations, a experienced mentor for the duration of your journey and unlimited support from our support team. Together, this combination will leave you RCS (Results Coaching Systems) certified and competent to coach both private and corporate individuals.

Founded on an approach to coaching that has been delivered to thousands of professionals and executives across the globe since 1997, the model was developed initially by founder David Rock, and has been improved and built on over the years since.

RCS now offers over 11 different programs/modules (such as Executive Coach Training, Intuitive Coach Training & Team Coach Training) to take your coaching to the next level.

Our coaching model is Brain Based – it rests on a solid theoretical framework that explains how and why coaching works, drawing from neuroscience, with support from systems theory, change theory, learning theory and positive psychology. Taking what we have observed over ten years and creating an effective coaching model we have hand-selected trainers who will teach you the not only to understand and know the models, but to integrate them fully by the end of the program.
