I am a Johannesburg based executive coach helping high performing individuals deliver their next edge.
By combining my coaching expertise with more than a decade’s hands-on experience gleaned from setting up, leading and participating in high performance teams I partner with clients to allow them to build the competencies which will foster their development.
I have fifteen years experience working with high performing teams in the FMCG, Financial Services and Manufacturing Sectors.
I have held a variety of leadership positions predominantly in the technology, process and Human Rosources teams of large organisations. Peak experiences have been leading the roll out of coaching across a major financial institution, project managing an ERP IT roll out, creating and leading a new IT team and merging the operations of three large financial institutions.
COACHING

- Teams who have undergone significant changes, such as a change in leadership or direction
- Delivery and facilitation of coach training programs
- Faciliation of coaching circles where coaches or leaders coaches coach each other on real and urgent business issues
- Mentoring of coaches in training
- Supervision of coaches
- Assisting organisations to draft and implement coaching strategies
