I am the owner of Temogo Consulting, a level 3 BBBEE Rating company, whose focus and drive is the empowerment of individuals and groups, through coaching.
I spent 13 years in various areas of Human Resources Development, culminating in heading a Learning and Development Unit.

I am a member of the Business Women Association, (BWA) Johannesburg branch. I qualified as a Meta – Coach, (an internationally recognized coaching qualification), am an NLP Practitioner and member of Comensa (Coaching and Mentoring Association of SA) as well as MCF, (the Meta Coaching Foundation). I have also studied Social Work, Leadership, HR and Management with Wits University, RAU, GIBS, Henley University and Michigan State University.
I am currently participating in a closed Process Work group, and am finding the approach in generating awareness on the needs and experiences of the marginalised, useful and powerful. I find this helpful when working with groups and teams especially around conflict.

My coaching approach is premised on the fact that everyone has a talent that is meant to make them great, enabling their growth and contribution to their community, business or employer. The coaching intervention I offer is around unearthing that talent, finding ways to express it and maximize its use and benefit. Some of the focus is on addressing self imposed barriers to success, through bridging the gap between what the client already knows and the application thereof.

I use the Meta Coaching methodology to help clients become aware of the meaning they create from their experiences and how if they want to change their lives for the better, they may have to confront those meanings and beliefs. Through NLP we explore the client’s use of language; checking whether it is enabling or disabling in the pursuit of their objectives.

I also coach and train graduates that are being up-skilled by organisations. We have a programme that includes coaching, personal development workshops and mentoring.
