Michelle van Reenen has over 25 years’ experience within business, finance, leadership potential, human learning and development including:

Nine years Business and Management experience including articles with Price Waterhouse Coopers (Jhb), both auditing and management accounting within Old Mutual Head Office.

A partner of a successful consultancy business for eleven years. PotentiaSA was a member of an international network based in London and clients have included Accenture, Anglo American, BP Africa, Ciba, Independent Newspapers, Nampak, South African Police Services, Strategic Fuel Fund and Woolworths. It specialised in the assessment, identification and development of leadership potential.

For the past seven years, she has worked as a Professional Business Coach in the corporate environment with clients such as BP, BP (Angola), Independent Newspapers, Old Mutual and Springbok Atlas.

She is also a Cape Town Facility member of i-Coach Academy (Pty) Ltd, as well as Vice Chairman (COMENSA) –– Supervision interest group

Coach Supervision

She has been supervising both students and qualified experienced coaches for a number of years, either face to face or by phone and is an accredited Coach Supervisor. She is passionate about Coach Supervision and regards it as essential for ongoing personal and professional development, for ensuring quality work and protection of clients. She is actively involved on the COMENSA Supervision Portfolio and provides small group supervision, as well as one to one supervision for coaches.
