I am a coach and counsellor working in private practice in Claremont, Cape Town. I believe that I combine authenticity, compassion, patience, a practical mind and a sense of humour to offer clients a safe and effective environment in which to explore themselves and reach their potential.
I use the Solution-focused Brief Approach which facilitates change and improvement by focusing on future possibilities rather than past problems. I focus on the steps that will help you achieve your preferred future. I assist you to notice and amplify what is already working, identifying your strengths and under-utilized resources, coping mechanisms, and past successes. I offer face to face and/or telephonic sessions and my programs and number of sessions are tailored specifically to each person’s unique situation.
