I am a life coach qualified through Results Coaching Systems who are accredited by the International Coach Federation. I run my own practice from my home in Durban. I have degrees in law (BA, LLB) and teaching (HED) and my past work experience is mainly in training and lecturing law. I am inspired by seeing positive change in people and now focus on life coaching with a special interest in personal development and helping people work towards realising their full potential. I am motivated and committed to provide people with the time and space to become the best they can be through solution-focused, self-directed, structured and supportive coaching.
