Occupation and Life

Katlego’s career has mostly been in the Financial and Banking industry where she gained the bulk of her coaching experience, coaching senior line mangers as well as employees in a corporate setting. Through Thrive Life Design, she coaches her clients to make significant improvements in areas of least satisfaction in their lives. She is passionate about career change coaching and coaching women in long distance marriages. Katlego’s coaching processes are based on well researched and tested principles developed by
Dr Martha Beck author of the New York Times best sellers Finding Your North Star and Steering By Star Light.

Underpinning Katlego’s methodology is the belief that we all have an ‘essential self’ whom we are born with, and a ‘social self’ which develops in response to the situations and social context we find ourselves in throughout our lives. When these two selves are in harmony we can achieve anything we set our minds to, but when they are not aligned we are unable to reach our full potential in one or more areas of our lives.
