As a coach with many avenues available to me, due to my extensive experience, I am able to coach you from Business to Personal. Consciousness Coaching ® covers Life, Career, Corporate, Entrepreneurial, Executive, Sales, as well as Spiritual aspects of one’s life. The sky is not the limit, it’s beyond, endless possibilities.

Purpose for coaching

If coaching be a relationship/conversation between two people, then consciousness coaching is a relationship with ones entirety. I have chosen this modality, due to the completeness it offers in taking charge of one’s life, permanently. The tools it offers, enables one to take control of the way one thinks and acts. In fact it makes one totally conscious of that thinking and feeling, which generally gets us stuck, even though one has attended countless seminars on positive thinking and once the sugar pill dissipates, the magic is gone, and one feels and thinks hopeless again, moving in to the old habits that got you were you are right now. Consciousness Coaching assists you in taking charge of those feelings and thinking, which are the causes of remaining stuck in our current circumstances .One of our principles, “in spite of your thinking and feeling, you can stay in action,” and in doing so, achieve results that one never thought you could, it pushes the boundaries, and once those awareness creation tools kick in, they are there. Never again can one say, I did not know, or I don’t know how to, or I need a happy pill. Awareness creation is the happy pill!

Coaching Process

Consciousness Coaching®

Consciousness Coaching was developed to reliably access the context and content of one’s consciousness (the natural tendency of one’s consciousness is to resist new input) and offers tools to make desired changes on these levels. Any shift that occurs on one’s current level of consciousness translates instantly into one’s outer reality, or life. So with the technique, one changes the context and content, to change one’s outer reality to that which you desire in any aspect. The formulae to this success, is “to the level of one’s integrity in keeping your word, is the percentage of your success.” These awareness tools are introduced over a period of 10 sessions. Experience

I have journeyed over the last 27 years from a High School teacher, Journalist, IT engineer, Project Manager, Senior Management and ultimately to Consciousness Coaching. I identified that in all of these roles, the aspect which gave me intrinsic satisfaction was, coaching. I have followed my passion and am now a Consciousness Coach, recognised by the International Coaching Federation.
