I am an executive coach in Pretoria. I work with women and men executives without social and professional support networks to find an excellent work life balance and fulfilment while they thrive in harsh working environments. Although my expertise is in the public sector, I work with all executives. I also have a passion and compassion for single women.

The coaching process

I provide my potential client with a pre-assessment paper work/questionnaire. Then I hold an introductory meeting with my client to understand their needs and to know the person. Then if the meeting was successful and the client is interested we then sign the agreement. I offer various packages that will determine how frequently we meet. We usually start out by getting you clear on your career vision, confirm values, and niche identification, setting career goals, and tailor the professional profile to your specific situation, mapping out strategies or implementation steps to achieve your goals. There are various leadership and other professional packages to inspire you in the process. The term of our agreement could range from a once off half a day session covering various goals, 3 months or 6 months contract.
