Elizabeth Masson

Elizabeth Masson is the founder and owner of the Light Centre in Somerset West, Western Cape; a multi-dimensional development centre based on quantum principles which, combined with powerful mentoring and coaching, opens clients up to a reality far different from the one they have experienced. Multi-dimensional development models recognise that we exist on many levels simultaneously and each of these levels are addressed during the facilitation processes in order to achieve sustainable solutions.

Elizabeth has pursued a lifelong path of personal growth, studied a vast range of trans-disciplinary subjects including Non-linear Dynamics, Energy Medicine, Developmental Models and Metaphysics. She is a qualified Consciousness Coach, and has also qualified in Levels I and II in Spiral Dynamics. She has worked in the fields of health care, supportive medicine and life coaching for over 15 years.

Elizabeth deals with clients across the spectrum, specialising in personal development and change management. She deals with any form of limitation be it personal or organisational - anything that is holding you back from living your best life. This form of facilitation enables clients to take responsibility for their own individuation, and thereby find a deeper sense of belonging which in turn takes them to levels of true power and peace.

An Integral Approach to Process Facilitation

The Programme was developed by Elizabeth after many years of work in the field of holistic health care, coaching and mentoring. She realised by working with clients and also by personal experience that we could often grasp new concepts on an intellectual level, but that it does not mean that we integrate it into our lives, no matter how badly we want to. By studying all the levels of being - gross, mental and causal - she began to understand that we need to be treated multi - dimensionally instead of one – dimensionally. We need to be exposed to new information as well as allowing ourselves to be exposed to a different way of living and experiencing. By combining new knowledge with new ways of being that clients commit to on an ongoing basis, their reality gradually shifts as the new knowledge becomes integrated and experiential.

The Programme typically takes between 8 and 12 sessions and ideally includes the 24 month Entrainment Process (for more information see www.lightcentre.co.za).

Elizabeth initially works to open clients up to a greater perspective that exposes past limitations. We can only grow to the degree we are prepared to reflect honestly. The Programme enables clients to identify their old limiting beliefs, to consciously see how it has impacted on their lives, and to choose and manifest a new reality. Each Programme is created with individual requirements and preferences taken into consideration, thereby creating a safe, supportive and powerful space.
