Colleen is a life coach to executives, business leaders, entrepreneurs and people who love life. She coaches uncommon thinking, seeing patterns of behaviour, and exploring new patterns that will enable people to live their best lives.

Colleen established her coaching business in 2008. Prior to that time Colleen spent two decades running her own business in the clothing industry specializing in pattern making and consulting clothing manufacturers. She has been a guest lecturer and moderated for private colleges, the Department of Arts and Culture and support groups for previously disadvantaged young designers.

Colleen’s passions for human potential lead her to develop a collective of workshops for corporate business. These Self Care workshops grow business leadership by addressing, emotional wellness, physical health & nutrition, re-connecting individuals to their personal passion while powerfully aligning the team to a common understanding. Her clients include MTN - Special Projects, MTN - Branded Channel, Reconnect Mobile – Management Team.

Colleen presents Master Classes in the clothing industry to young designers and entrepreneurs facing the challenges of a difficult industry. The classes are practical and specifically designed address common mistakes that people make in the business. Helping them achieve their desired goals while staying in business.

Colleen has a deep interest in spiritual and emotional wellbeing having spent years exploring Yoga, Dance, and Shamanic practice. Colleen has dedicated a decade to Jungian based analysis loving the personal growth she has experienced through analysis.

Colleen’s passion for nutrition and healthy lifestyle lead her to further qualify with Metagenics as a First Line Therapy Coach, currently there are only a handful of medical doctors and nutritionist that have this qualification in South Africa. It is a very exciting emerging field of integrative medicine; combining genetics, lifestyle, food and supplementation with emotions and brain states.

In addition sewing and cooking Colleen is a passionate reader dedicated to her family and partner of 22 years; together they have 2 wonderful children.
