THREE SIXTY ONE DEGREE SOLUTIONS
PEYTON CONWAY MARCH:
There is a wonderful mythical law of nature that the three things we crave most in life -- happiness, freedom, and peace of mind -- are always attained by giving them to someone else.
Common quest I discovered as a life and business Coach, is how can we realise our full potential? How does one manage the fear/risk of the unknown in terms of career, life, business? How do we remove self-limiting factors e.g self-perception, low motivation, so that you can unleash your full potential and unlock new opportunities? How to negotiate your environment and with significant others to build solid relationships in adding value to career, family, business, talent?
I spent about 30 years both, in the corporate sector and as a senior director in the University sector. I am a registered Industrial and Organisational Psychologist (registered with Health Professional South Africa) and a COMENSA registered coach. My speciality is in human resources development, self-empowerment, wellness and change management. I have a Doctorate in Human Resource Management and Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
In my experience and in my role as a life, career and executive coach I have observed several concerns from clients. Common quest is how can we reach our full potential? How does one manage the fear/risk of the unknown in terms of career, life, business? How do we remove self-limiting factors e.g self-perception, motivation, so that you can unleash your full potential and unlock new opportunities? How to negotiate your environment and with significant others to build solid relationships in adding value to career, family, business, talent?
How can we deal with stress whether in the family, environment or at work without fracturing important relationships?
The way we think through these challenges starts with self-awareness. Thoughts drive behaviour change and empowers us to choose our responses. Changing our thought patterns is a key to behaviour change. Many of my clients have successfully employed these strategies in creating and opening new career opportunities and are able to harness their strengths and make a positive contribution to their organisations and society. I use a range of instruments to profile the client and give feedback to map out the critical goals and strategies.
